Tom LUAN

Management Partner/ Director

Bachelor’s degree from Peking University, Master’s degree from UC Berkeley, and MBA from San Jose State University. Rooted in Silicon Valley for 20+ years, Mr. Luan specializes and has extensive experience in corporate management, investment and M&A. Prior to Honesta Capital, he served as the Partner of China Highrun Capital Limited, Global Vice President and President of Greater China at Zoran Corporation, Executive Director at Conexant, and Director of Infineon. In 2000, as one of the founders, his start-up company was acquired by Infineon, one of the world’s top 500 companies, for $250 million. Mr. Luan has initiated over 10 equity investment funds, and participated in dozens of investments, M&A and restructure cases, in China or overseas. He also serves as the member of board and consultant for several domestic and foreign companies. He was awarded as “China Venture - Highrun Top 10 Investor in Cross Border M&A Investment in 2016” and “Yiyue China Top 10 Investor” in 2017.

Master of Science in Economics at Jinan University, CICPA. Mr. Ling is one of the first batch of Sponsor Representative of China Securities Regulatory Commission. He has 15 years of experience in investment banking. He has served in Investment Bank Division of Guangdong Securities Co., Ltd. and Haitong Securities Co., Ltd. and then he joined Guoxin Securities and served as the Managing Director and member of Internal Audit Committee. He has extensive experience in examination and tutorship for companies about to IPO and listing and has successfully sponsored over ten companies to IPO and listing.

Wenchang LING

Partner

Graduated from the Guanghua School of Management at Peking University, London School of Economics and Political Science. She has worked for the Royal Bank of Scotland and Ruishi Investment (Subsidiary of China Investment Securities), responsible for industry research, company analysis and investment strategy reports. Her investment areas include the dairy industry, new materials, the Internet, electronics, machinery and etc. She served as the supervisor of North Zone of Ping An Securities Co., Ltd. and participated in the investment banking work at headquarters level, including cooperation with overseas investment banks/investment agencies in cross-border mergers and acquisitions.

Investment Director

Graduated from the City University of Hong Kong and The Hong Kong University of Science &Technology. CFA（Chartered Financial Analyst）. He is familiar with capital operations and has extensive professional experience in equity investment and industry research. His investment areas include the Internet industry, new materials, High-end manufacturing, medical&health. He has lots of experiences in project development, due diligence and post-investment management and has inversted in many high-tech companies such as Easou, iFreecomm, VVFLY Electronics and OUR United, etc.

Mr. Zhu, Awarded master degree from University of Aberdeen after graduated from University of Liverpool. He has worked for Southwest Securities and Zhongtian Guofu Securities, participated in investment banking projects and responsible for the continuous supervision work of NEEQ-listed companies. He used to work as core member of the project team which helped companies listing on NEEQ market and provided Pre-IPO companies with due diligence services as well. Among the project team, he was responsible for industrial research and also joined in due diligence investigations on companies’ both legal and financial situations.

Zeyue ZHANG

Investment Manager

Mr. Zhang earned a MS in Mathematics from The University of Utah following his undergraduate studies at People's Public Security University of China. Prior to Honesta Capital, He has worked at Philips-China (now Signify-China) as well as Xuehang Logistics, focusing on product maintenance and route expansions. His past experience has gear him with insight into the Public Administration Approval process and market operations. His specialties also include the building of product distribution channels, along with his successful experience in the field of supply chain and high-end manufacturing. At Honesta Capital, he has taken part in the post-investment management for enterprises such as iFreecomm and VVFLY Electronics Co.
