The company provides internship opportunities each year to outstanding students from key universities around the world. As of October 2018, the company received internships from Sun Yat-Sen University, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, London School of Economics, China University of Finance and Economics, Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, and created opportunities for students who want to join the financial industry. We have invested in talent training and have a sound training mechanism. We have led interns to participate in the project, organized exchange opportunities in the form of Lunch Talk, and let industry experts give lectures on artificial intelligence and asset securitization to interns.

Intern (Rex) Jiancheng Ren (Now Full-time) 

Jiancheng Ren graduated from the School of Engineering of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and the Business School of the City University of Hong Kong. From September 2016 to July 2017, he worked as an intern at Honesta capital. The company's comprehensive training mechanism allowed him to grow very rapidly and participate in the actual project process to improve. In August 2017, he became a full-time employee due to his outstanding performance in the company. After this period of training, Jiancheng is now familiar with capital market operations, and has extensive professional experience in equity investment and industry research. His investment areas include the Internet industry, new materials, high-end manufacturing, health care, etc. He has lots of experience in project development, due diligence and post-investment management.

Intern Hang Zhang

Hang Zhang is a 2018 graduate of the School of Chemical Biology and Business Administration at Sun Yat-sen University. He is currently admitted to Nanyang Technological University in Singapore and holds a master's degree in management economics. Hang Zhang has been an intern of the company for nearly one year. He has fully participated in the company's private equity investment projects, and his work ability, and investment expertise have been greatly improved. This private placement internship also helped him apply for Nanyang University of Technology, a leading institution in Asia. In order to cultivate the reserve power of the company in the future, the intern will be provided with a teacher-apprentice learning and training model. In addition, the company will arrange interns to participate in some academic lectures and industry-leading forums. Our interns are exposed with academic reports and industry consultations on the world's most cutting-edge research in their respective fields, opening up new horizons and train of thought for them.

American Intern Cynthia Yang

Cynthia Yang is a business administration student at the University of Southern California. She was originally a student at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Cyntha's internship in the company was  for the summer of 2018. During her internship, she has the opportunity to participate in the company's overseas M&A projects with her excellent English writing skills. This internship experience for freshman students not only broadens the horizons of the investment field, but also provides valuable practical experience for future career choices and further studies. It is worth mentioning that during the internship, Cynthia was fortunate enough to participate in the CCTV-2 financial channel company's field interview recording, and performed well in the recording. This valuable CCTV interview experience helps interns to provide good application materials in future careers and apply to prestigious schools.

Yao Gai is currently studying for international business at Guangdong University of Foreign Studies. She is also a student of Hejun Business School. In October this year, she began her internship here at Honesta Capital. Before entering the company, she had an internship with Vanke Group and Eagle Investment Holding. The Vanke Group was responsible for Guangzhou Vanke's largest complex in South China – Vanke Expo, and Vanke Guangzhou's first industrial Park – Vanke's Future Hill Project, for industrial introduction. During the internship of Eagle Investment Holding, she assisted in hospital equity mergers and acquisitions and other equity investment projects, mainly responsible for pre-approval and due diligence. In addition, she had once took on a role of an entrepreneur during her time at the University--starting an educational business as well as an internet-related business. The number of enrolled students in the education and training classes amount to nearly 1,000 yearly. 

Intern Yao Gai

American Intern Wilson Xu

Wilson Xu is a student at Babson College, a business school located in Wellesley, Massachusetts. He just finished his freshman year and came to Shenzhen Honesta Capital for an investment internship. He will be concentrating in Business and minoring in Entrepreneurship and Integrated Sustainability at Babson College. Currently, he is working on a start-up named Ca$he that aims to create a platform that allows college students to exchange college essentials in a more cost-efficient and convenient way. Through this internship, he aims not only to further his understanding about investments in the modern business world, but also understand the different stages of a business as well as how to start one. He was impressed by how much he has learned about private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, and has gained the ability to critically analyze whether or not to invest in a company.

Eric Yiu is a graduating Senior at Emory University majoring in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science. He is also the captain of the Emory Golf Varsity team.
